Advanced Human Resource Management (WiSe)
This course teaches how Human Resource policies, practices and systems influence employees’ behavior, attitudes and performance and how Human Resource Management can generate a competitive advantage for firms. To emphasize the relevance of evidence-based management, students will apply the theories and knowledge gained from empirical findings to practical issues and problems.
