Über Prof. Dr. Claudia Buengeler

Prof. Dr. Claudia Buengeler ist seit 2017 Inhaberin der Professur für Personal und Organisation am Institut für Betriebswirtschaftslehre der CAU Kiel. Zuvor war sie als Assistenzprofessorin für Human Resource Management und Organizational Behavior an der Business School der Universität Amsterdam tätig und arbeitete am Lehrstuhl für Personalmanagement und Führung der Universität Mannheim.

Claudia Buengeler promovierte in Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Sozial- und Organisationspsychologie an der Jacobs University Bremen und der Freien Universität Amsterdam. Ihre Forschung im Bereich Führung, Diversität und Teameffektivität wurde in führenden internationalen Zeitschriften veröffentlicht (u.a. im Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management Review und Academy of Management Learning & Education).

Claudia Buengeler ist Associate Editorin der Zeitschrift Organizational Psychology Review und Editorial Board-Mitglied des International Journal of Human Resource Management, des Journal of Business and Psychology und des Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies. Sie ist affiliiertes Fakultätsmitglied der Amsterdam Business School der Universität Amsterdam.
