Organizational Behavior (WiSe)
This course provides students with knowlege of theories on organizational behavior which will enhance their accuracy in explaining and predicting behavior in the workplace. The importance of a systematic study of organizational behavior is stressed by discussing and comparing empirical evidence on the phenomena and theories studied. The acquired knowledge will be applied to practical questions.
